THE STORY

There are few scenes more iconic than the Maroon Bells near Aspen in fall. As the early morning sunlight filtered through dappled clouds, the entire scene transformed into a dreamlike rendering of an impressionist painting of the likes of Monet or Kincaid. Jubilantly, I pressed the shutter button, knowing I just experienced a moment so perfect only Mother Nature could create it.
