Refund policy
Don’t love your artwork? Don’t worry. You are covered by our 90-day, no questions asked return policy. Just send us an email at lars@larsgesingfineart.com, and we will work hard to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that we can only accept undamaged returned artwork in its original condition. Please also note that commissioned artworks are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned due to the personalized nature of the artwork.
Should you receive artwork that is damaged, please contact us within seven days via phone (+1-720-345-9463) or email (lars@larsgesingfineart.com) and outline the damage as accurately as you can, providing at least five (5) photographs of the damage from different angles (closeup, wider angle, etc.). We will work with our suppliers to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that if you fail to notify us of damages within seven days after receipt, we may not be able to help you remedy the situation and may not be held liable. After the seven-day window passes and you failed to notify us of damage to the artwork, you are no longer entitled to receive a refund as our no-worry guarantee only covers undamaged artwork in its original condition.
All other return claims must be made within 90 days of receipt of the artwork. You will be responsible to cover the return shipping costs, should there be any. Once we received the artwork back in its original, undamaged condition, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
