Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All my signature, limited-edition artworks ship free, worldwide. All other items available in my online gallery, such as gift products (including, but not limited to, greeting cards, calendars, acrylic blocks etc.) will incur a shipping fee of $4.99 for domestic shipping in the continental United States and $40 for all international shipments.
Estimated Delivery Times
All my signature, limited-edition artworks are custom-made to order. Depending on volume and availability of materials, a vast majority of orders are fulfilled and delivered within 4-6 weeks. Should there be any delays, we will be in touch with you.
All other products, such as gift products, will ship within 7-10 days.
For all products, please allow up to one week of shipping time.
Depending on the size of the artwork ordered, it will be shipped to your specified address via freight. In that case, the freight company will contact you prior to shipment to find the best date and time to deliver the piece to make sure you are home.
Inspection of Shipments for Potential Damages
Please make sure to carefully inspect all delivered items upon delivery, and, if clearly visible from the outside, notify the delivery person from the freight company and reject the shipment in that case. Afterward, reach out to us directly and as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation and make it right. Should you notice the damages only after you've accepted the delivery, please reach out to us as quickly as possible to notify us of the damages. Please be as specific as possible outlining the damage and provide no less than five (5) photographs of the damage, including at least one closeup and at least one wide angle photograph. Once we've received the claim, we will work with you immediately to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.
Please note that if you fail to notify us of damages within seven days after receipt, we may not be able to help you remedy the situation and may not be held liable. After the seven-day window passes and you failed to notify us of damage to the artwork, you are no longer entitled to receive a refund as our no-worry guarantee only covers undamaged artwork in its original condition.
In-gallery pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at my West Seattle gallery at 4413 42nd Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 to 6 weeks (10 to 14 days for gift products). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Wednesday to Friday 3-7 pm and 9.30 am to 1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping worldwide of all my signature, limited edition artworks. The same production and shipping times as outlined above apply.
All international shipping of all other products, including, but not limited, to gift products such as calendars, greeting cards, acrylic blocks, etc. will incur a $40 international shipping fee, and these products will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 weeks.
Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lars Gesing Fine Art Nature Images is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within four to six weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lars@larsgesingfineart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you — though it is likely that if that is the case, we will have already reached out to you to let you know of any potential delays..
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Don’t love your artwork? Don’t worry. You are covered by our 90-day, no questions asked return policy. Just send us an email at lars@larsgesingfineart.com, and we will work hard to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that we can only accept undamaged returned artwork in its original condition. Please also note that commissioned artworks are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned due to the personalized nature of the artwork.
Should you receive artwork that is damaged, please contact us within seven days via phone (+1-720-345-9463) or email (lars@larsgesingfineart.com) and outline the damage as accurately as you can, providing at least five (5) photographs of the damage from different angles (closeup, wider angle, etc.). We will work with our suppliers to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that if you fail to notify us of damages within seven days after receipt, we may not be able to help you remedy the situation and may not be held liable. After the seven-day window passes and you failed to notify us of damage to the artwork, you are no longer entitled to receive a refund as our no-worry guarantee only covers undamaged artwork in its original condition.
All other return claims must be made within 90 days of receipt of the artwork. You will be responsible to cover the return shipping costs, should there be any. Once we received the artwork back in its original, undamaged condition, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
