My immersive nature photographs turn your walls into windows to the places you see when you close your eyes.

Sometimes people stand in front of one of my photographs a little longer than they meant to.

“It feels like... I’m right there,” they’ll say, slowly, as if they just forgot where they are for a moment.

They're not just looking at another beautiful place. Something feels familiar. Quiet. Calm.

I think of it as a Meditative Moment — and it's what I search for with my camera out in nature.

The moment when the wind settles. The light shifts. And the mind finally falls quiet.

When that kind of moment is placed in your home, the art doesn’t just fill a wall.

It becomes something you come back to — again and again.

A still point for busy lives.

This page is here to help you find the piece that does that for you.

Why it "feels like I'm right there"

Each piece gets printed on museum-quality paper and then mounted to a thin layer of acrylic. It's what gives the photograph an immersive depth that makes it feel less like a picture and more like a place you can revisit on your wall. I call it The Window Effect.

WONDERING how it would look?

Trying to imagine how a piece of art will look on your wall is surprisingly difficult. That’s why most people start the same way: With a digital preview. I place the artwork directly into a photo of your wall — so you can see how it would actually feel there. Not imagine. See.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

My work has appeared everywhere from my West Seattle showroom to a billboard in the heart of Times Square.

It all started with simply using my camera to make sense of the landscapes of the American West after moving here from Germany. Since then, this journey has morphed into a story that has been told by media outlets like NBC, USA Today and The New York Times — and was recently recognized with a Master Fine Art Photographer distinction.

But the heart of my work has never changed.

Photographing meditative moments in nature and turning your walls into windows.

Some questions people often ask

How do I know what size will work best in my space?

Most collectors send a quick phone photo of the wall they’re thinking about. I create a preview by placing the artwork into the room so you can see it true to size. Request your mockup here.

What if I’m not sure which image to choose?

That’s completely normal. My Art Explorer is here to help. Get personalized art suggestions by clicking here.

Do people usually start with one piece?

Almost always. One statement piece per room has a way of settling a space in a way nothing else can.

What's the purchase process like?
