I come back to the same coastlines over and over again... because I find comfort and inspiration in their familiar rhythms. When my eye drifts across glimmering seas, something in me resets.
You see... mine has always been a Blue Mind, ever since I grew up in a German port town. Since moving to the US more than a decade ago, the large-format coastal fine art photographs I've been creating along the shores of the Pacific Northwest, California and Hawaii have appeared everywhere from my West Seattle showroom to a billboard in the heart of Times Square — and in galleries and collectors' homes around the globe.
Turns out, it's not just me who's longing for more calm spaces in a chaotic world.
