Frequently Asked Questions
How do you hang the acrylic floats?
Each acrylic float has a sturdy backing frame that makes the piece float about 3/4" off the wall. When you receive your art, all hanging hardware and hanging instructions will be included. The floats will be hung on the wall either with French cleats or a wire, depending on the size of the art.
Do I have to worry about glare, fading or scratching?
No! I am using TruLife® acrylic — which has been treated to significantly reduce glare from even large windows or other light sources. That acrylic is also UV protected and scratch resistant. You'll be able to quickly, easily and safely clean the art with a microfiber cloth.
How quickly does my art ship?
All my signature limited edition art ships free worldwide within one to two weeks from my production facility (allow twice that time for framed artworks). Please note that since every piece if custom made to fit your exact space, taste and budget that sometimes production times can fluctuate. I'll communicate with you throughout the process and am always available with my personal cellphone for any questions. Read my full shipping policy here.
Do you offer custom sizes and frames?
If you don't see a size or a frame that matches your vision for your space, call me at +1-720-345-9463 or send me an email at lars@larsgesingfineart.com — we'll customize your favorite piece to make it the perfect fit for your home or office. Looking for an entirely custom art project? Consider a commission!
How do international orders work?
I am proud to offer free global shipping on all my signature artworks. So simply choose a piece of art you love, purchase using my secure online checkout, and I will ship the art to you within 1-2 weeks in most cases. Please note that depending on your location, delivery times will vary. Please also note that you are solely responsible for any customs fees or other taxes your location may impose upon receipt of the art.
What if the art arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the art arrives damaged, you are covered by my no-worry-guarantee. Just document the damage, reach out to me, and I'll get you a replacement piece asap.
What if I don't like the art when it arrives?
Not to worry! Once you receive the art, you'll have 90 days to initiate a no-questions-asked return. Let's be real, though — you are not going to want to part ways with the art ever again (just ask all those folks who left me dozens of shiny five-star reviews)! But you do have the option, just in case. You can read my full return and refund policy here.

ART FOR CHANGE-MAKERS.
I am a proud member of 1% for the Planet and its mission of protecting our only home. As part of my CONSERVATION PLEDGE, I have committed to donating 1% of every sale to my Purpose Partners — organizations who fight to protect the land shown in your artwork. That means over its life in my gallery, this piece will generate roughly $2000 supporting public lands conservation. That's art with an impact.
